About the Course

Welcome to the official RÖRT learning platform. This is your dedicated digital training environment, where all masterclass materials, presentations, frameworks, and educational resources will be shared throughout the program. The platform allows you to revisit the teachings in your own pace and supports long-term implementation, integration, and development after the live trainings. This creates a shared knowledge foundation across the entire RÖRT team — helping ensure consistency, quality, safety, and continued growth within your sauna and thermal experiences. About the Creator

Anders Hage is an international sauna master, educator, body therapist, and founder of Sauna Master Academy and Gusmesteruddannelsen.dk. For more than 20 years he has worked with human development, thermal practices, nervous system regulation, ritual design, and transformational wellness experiences. He has educated sauna masters across Scandinavia and internationally, and is the creator of the Nordic Thermal Architecture™ framework — a system for designing human-centered thermal experiences through heat, cold, steam, scent, rhythm, and regulation. His work combines practical sauna craftsmanship, facilitation, aromatherapy, psychology, and experience design into structured and applicable thermal education.
